2025 CPC Youth Summer Mission Trips
This summer, CPC Youth Ministries is heading out to serve! In July, we travel to Kentucky to join forces with Appalachia Service Project and help those affected by the floods last summer. In August, we serve locally, immersing into local faith and immigration initiatives (Community Immigration Law Center, Wisconsin Council of Churches).
Trip to Kentucky
A mission trip is a chance for youth to grow in faith, build friendships, and make a meaningful impact through service. Traveling with a trusted group, they gain confidence, independence, and new skills while stepping out of their comfort zones. Most importantly, they witness firsthand the power of compassion and service, deepening their faith and discovering the joy of helping others.
This summer, we are thrilled to give our youth an opportunity to get this hands-on experience helping victims of flooding in the Appalachian region, specifically in Kentucky. We will be joining forces with Appalachia Service Project.
Faith & Immigration Immersion
Dive into the heart of Madison’s community care and immigration initiatives during this immersive two-day experience. Explore local non-profits, meet with leaders to understand their programs, and roll up your sleeves for hands-on service opportunities. Gain a deeper perspective on the challenges facing our city and the efforts to address them.
This experience also includes a guided tour of the state Capitol, where you’ll meet Capitol staff and learn how policy and advocacy intersect with immigration work. Come ready to learn, serve, and grow in your understanding of care and immigration for our community!
