International Ministries
Our mission is to offer welcome and hospitality to internationals in our midst and create an in-depth cross-cultural experience for Americans and Internationals living, studying and working in Madison. Through our various programs and activities we create the conditions for international experience-sharing while gaining a better understanding between people of different races, cultures, religions and social backgrounds.
Madison International Partners
Madison International Partners (MIP) extends hospitality to internationals new to the Madison community. We raise global awareness and promotes cross-cultural exchanges between Americans and Internationals
Learn MoreEnglish Conversation Time
English Conversation Time is a flexible program that gathers internationals and Americans for English practice, friendship and cross-cultural exchanges. It provides international students and visiting scholars with a safe, relaxed, outside-the-classroom opportunity to interact with individual Americans, American families and other Internationals drawn from diverse backgrounds. It’s a great opportunity for Internationals to use English outside of a textbook and socialize. Americans also benefit from the program as they learn from Internationals about life in other corners of the world.
Friendship Program
This program helps connect native English speakers with Internationals for cross-cultural friendships. It’s a unique opportunity to develop friendship with someone from another country.
Learn MoreInternational Cooking and Dinner
