We Have a Candidate!
Your Pastor Nominating Committee is excited to report that we have identified a candidate to be Christ Presbyterian Church’s next lead pastor and head of staff!
On Monday evening, Session approved the PNC’s request to hold a congregational meeting on Sunday, November 15, to vote on the PNC’s recommendation. A congregational meeting will follow a combined service at 10 a.m. that day, when the candidate will preach the sermon. The PNC is creating materials now that we will distribute before the service and at the congregational meeting to explain why this candidate seems to us to be the right person to lead CPC now.
We wish we could tell you more, but we must protect the candidate’s identity until after the congregational vote.
