Dane Melby (he/him)

Dane comes to us from La Crosse, where he got his church bonafides at English Lutheran Church. There, he spent about four and a half years as the Building Maintenance Coordinator. His influence is still being felt there as they have just embarked on a big project Dane proposed to get them well positioned for the next 25 years. 

Dane, however, considers Madison home. He was born here many years ago, grew up in Dubuque, Iowa and has always felt the pull back here. Fortunately, he found this position of Facilities Caretaker, which has allowed him to return to Madison, where he will be playing his part to extend CPC’s mission. When Dane is not here, you will likely find him taking full advantage of the beautiful bike trail system in and around Madison and Dane County. Forward!
