Epiphany, Wise Men, and John the Baptist; Eureka!
The “eureka” effect, also known as the aha! moment, refers to the common human experience of suddenly understanding a previous problem or concept. Some research describes the effect as insight or “epiphany”. In Christ, a new creature was born into the world. The story of the Wise Men and Herod narrates the wonder and fear that God’s presence elicits. This period is the revealing of Christ’s life on earth before his public ministry. As the church, we are called to bring the light of Christ and his hope in the future to a suffering world. John the Baptist reaffirms God’s presence in the world through Christ. He calls us to make the path clear for God’s work in the world. The science rotation will study microscopic images of the natural world to discover God’s designs inherent in nature.
